  • Developing strategy and plans to support a three month deployment of financial reporting/consolidation at a $500 million steel division
  • Leading an ERP\EAM (Asset Management) deployment for an oil and gas company to improve visibility for costs associated with revenue generating assets while minimizing impact on the P/L structure and accounting proceduresTransforming the IT organization for a $1 billion oil and gas company by implementing an IT Governance structure, improving communications, re-structuring support / help desk (increasing throughput efficiency by 68%) and shifting the customer delivery model from re-active to proactive
  • Developed multi-site/warehouse implementation plan for domestic and international sites to create one system of record for reporting financials properly
  • Consolidation of warehouses resources (material and labor) to streamline material usage, reduce transportation costs, and provide visibility in the system of record
  • Implementing a DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) for all business critical applications and processes by utilizing the cloud based functionality and 3rd party providers
  • Developed validation and testing plan to utilize new DRP.  Plan was executed every six months for validation and throughput
  • Initiated business plan (Internationally and Domestically) for working procedures in the event of a disaster to the datacenter
  • Negotiated requirements and deliverables with 3rd party vendors involved with cloud based DRP
